The Alpha Course
An internationally recognised bible teaching course on the basics of biblical Christianity. Developed through the church at Holy Trinity Brompton in London during the 1990's, it is now being used extensively worldwide to introduce newcomers to the Christian faith.
We run two courses each year with January and September start dates. The course runs on 10 consecutive Wednesday evening and has a Saturday 'away day' somewhere in the middle.
A typical evening starts at 7pm with a sit-down meal followed by a 45 minute video presentation of the evening's topic by Nicky Gumble of HTB and then the group discuss what they think and feel about what they have heard.
This course is open to anyone from any background who simply wants to find out more about Christianity.
