The Kids
Apart from Friday evening and Tuesday mornings the children at church are our own kids.
Being a small church sometimes its difficult to get a group together who are all the same age and we feel this to be a problem but the children who do come all interact well with each other in a 'big family' way.
As well as the creche and Sunday School class the 11+ers go to 'Rock Solid' which is a lively meeting for their age group run by David Saville at the Salt Cellar in Oldham.
From September, Laura, a 19 year old girl from Texas USA, will be coming to help us with our youth work for a year.
Classes of children from local primary and junior schools quite regularly come for a visit to have a look around and hear about how we do things (the Baptistry is always a favourite).
