The Wellspring Project
Wellspring are a group of ladies, not exclusively from Bethesda, who seek to care for women who find themselves with an unexpected or unplanned pregnancy.
They are all trained counsellors and provide free pregnancy tests and are available to talk through the difficult issues which arise when faced with an unplanned pregnancy.
The absense of doctors having enough time to devote to counselling in this area means that the service provided by Wellspring is vital in providing essential physical, spiritual, mental and emotional support for the local community.
Help in areas such as teenage sexuality and post abortion counselling is also offered.
